Habitat Fundraiser on patio

We host Birthdays, Bridal/Baby Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, Engagements, Celebrations of Life, Family Reunions and Graduations. We also host: Fundraising Events, Networking Social Hours, Wine Tastings, Book Clubs, VIP Events, Themed Parties, Team Building Events, Holiday Business Events. The possibilities are endless!
 

Venue Booking for Private Events

 30% of the Facility Booking Fee is due when Signing the Contract, and the remaining balance is due 90 days  from the initial deposit unless other arrangements have been made with the Venue.

Standard Payment Options: Our Policy is to accept Payment by Check or Cash.  Quoted and Published Prices reflect a discounted (10%)if you pay by Cash/Check.  We accept Personal Checks, Bank  Checks, Certified Funds, and Cashier’s Check - If you need an exception to this, please request to pay by Credit Card and we'll adjust your invoice and remove the Cash/Check Discount.

   What's Included:

  • Exclusive use of the historic home, outdoor patio and horse barn

  • Event space for up to 85 guests

  • 6 - 8 hours (includes set up and clean up) 

  • On-site facility manager day of event

  • On-site café for caterers 

  • Full length outdoor patio with gas fire pit

  • Ample lighted parking

  • Use of on-site patio tables and chairs (inquire on types and quantities) and umbrellas

  • Use of on-site barn tables and benches

  *Note: Additional hours needed is $125 per hour. All events end at 10 PM.

  • Table linens

  • Dinnerware

  • Drinkware
